- Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A service call fee applies to all dispatched calls and is non-refundable.
- Labor is billed at the current rate with a 2-hour minimum charge per service call. After-hours service is billed at an increased labor rate with a 3-hour minimum charge.
- All time is billable from dispatch to completion, including travel time, diagnostics, repair, delays, and parts sourcing/pickup.
- Diagnostic time is billable regardless of repair approval or outcome.
- Parts are billed separately. Electrical and special-order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for 90 days. Warranty applies only to defects proven to be caused solely by the workmanship of the original repair.
Warranty determination is at the sole discretion of AC Mobile Fleet Service. If repairs are performed by a third party, written
documentation verifying the cause of failure is required. Approved claims are limited to refund of original labor charges only,
excluding parts and additional costs, within 30 days of approved warranty submission.
Limitation of Liability
AC Mobile Fleet Service is not liable for downtime, towing, delays, lost revenue, or consequential or incidental damages.
Service may be refused or discontinued due to unsafe or hazardous conditions, and applicable charges will still apply.
Mechanic’s Lien & Collection
Customer acknowledges and agrees that AC Mobile Fleet Service retains a mechanic's lien pursuant to applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, including but not limited to Section 4505, on the serviced vehicle/equipment for all unpaid charges until paid in full. Customer authorizes AC Mobile Fleet Service to take any and all lawful actions necessary to perfect, secure, and enforce its lien rights, including title-related actions where applicable. Customer agrees to pay all costs associated with collection of unpaid balances, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, lien filing fees, and collection agency fees.
